With so many rookie investors looking for a steal in the REO market, education is key.  Many investors are looking to flip a property with huge and unrealistic returns.  What some people fail to realize is that just because a property is foreclosed doesn't mean the owner is going to let it go for 20 cents on the dollar.  Cathy tells investors to have realistic expectations and make reasonable offers on REO properties.  By doing so, you will lower your rejection rate and accumulate real estate.
